Staffs unacceptable rudeness!!!

On Saturday 12 March 2016 I went to shop for a few items at the above mentioned Pick 'n Pay. I decided that instead of asking for cigarettes when I go to the till I would fetch cigarettes on the way in to the shop. The man behind the counter was exceptionally rude to me. I asked for 1 soft pack and 1 box of Camel Classic's, he first of all did not know for which cigarette I was asking, when I pointed to where they where it took about 3 attempts to get me my correct order and then when he eventually got it right he corrected me by saying it is not a box I must hard for a hard pack!! I lost my temper with him and told him is is rude and swore at him. When I walked past 2 other employees they burst out laughing. I walked back to them to find out what was so funny they then said no they were not laughing at me but at something else. With all due respect I am not an idiot. I then called for the Manager and told him (Michael) I would like to lodge an official complaint explain to him in detail what happened. I find this behaviour unacceptable!!!
