Staffmember harrash client for an hour in Mall

I had a incideon in Pick n Pay Walmer Park on 5 July wirh a staff member. She was rude and was not identified by name to report to the Manager. A Manager mr Nicholis attend to me. The staff member according to her she got permission from the Manager followed me in the mall. I went into Queenspark she wait outside the door. Later she called the security of mall and both of them followed myself and husband. We went into the lift in Woolworths only 5 persons allowed both of them climb in and we were 7 We step outside the lodt they did exactly the same. At the end of the day they followed us into the carpark and took photos of the car registration. I feel insafe in Walmer Park and was harrashed by a staff member of Pick n Pay with the permission of the Manager. I did report it to the Management and Pock n Pay head office with no result. Is this the policy of Pick n Pay to innocent customers? “Harrash them” And everything started with food that should not be on the floor I was traumitised and went to the doctor 16:30
