Staff would rather look past you or hide.

We have been loyal customers of the Brackenfell Hyper for longer than 20 years. It is where we live and it is convenient to shop there.<br> <br> It is not the first time it has happened, but now it is really becoming annoying. <br> <br> We went to the deli to buy some cold meat for dinner. There was no one behind the counter. We waited a couple of minutes to see if someone would bother, but after about 5 minutes we had to ask someone from the hot food section to assist. Eventually someone loitered out of the back room all chewing and saw us being assisted by someone from another department. She didn't bother to stick around to see if more customers arrived, just went back into the back room.<br> <br> We then went to the bakery to get some rolls. Again we were just ignored. 2 Ladies just walked past us. They both looked at us, walked past us and walked back again without bothering to ask if we wanted assistance. A lady who was working right at the back of the bakery came to assist us apologising profusely for her colleagues.<br> <br> We are at the point that we will rather go somewhere else even if it means driving a bit ****her.
