Staff would give me stikeez

I went and did my monthly grocery shop, and spent over R2500. My son was so excited because he thought that he would get a whole bunch of the stikeez. I even bought him the album to put them in. The lady at the till said that we could only get the if we bought the participating brands in the flyer. In addition, my smart shopper points were never loaded ... she swiped my card twice, and said something about them not showing but would show later?? How?<br> I received the email about the stikeez, and the flyers states that you get 1 for every R150 you spend and earn bonus stikeez if you buy products from the flyer.<br> I put the complaint through to their customer care online and have not yet had a response.
