STAFF unfairly accuse paying customers

The staff at the pick n pay clothing store in canal walk have no sense of decorum or how to treat PAYING customers. Apart from not giving their names when asked! after the entire debacle, which I feel was not customer friendly at all, this being said let me share the incident: 1 staff member had the audacity to excuse my partner of THEFT however while doing so kept saying "it could be my mistake at least 3 times", while 3 other staff members decided they must follow suite and accuse -NO ALARM sounded as we walked out after paying over R 500 for our items - but 4 staff members proceeded to shout out in the mall, to accuse him asked my partner to come back and empty his pockets in the line of site for all customers and staff to see - he then asked for the manager and security - at this point, no one has checked the security cameras - needless to say he had NOTHING! after none of them could confirm which pocket he apparently put the item in, and no apology was given - I then decided that 20mins of our time was wasted and the mall was about to close! - I returned my items for a refund because of the sheer nerve of this 4 woman staff acting high and mighty! what dispicable staff you have at the canal walk clothing store, not to mention that earlier in the store my Partner had to go to the accounter because a customer was looking for something and no staff insight to help her but they were all ready to make a false accusation - WOW!!!
