Staff pestering customers by begging and asking for money or to be bought items
Over 10 incidents regarding atleast 4 staff of pik n pay in cycad centre who demand i buy them items. From cashiers to the staff who hang out at the door.
I have reported several incidents to management but the constant begging from some staff at pik n pay cycad branch is disguisting to say the least.
I have now opted to drive kilometres away from my subarb in order to purchase groceries as so to avoid the staff who act like they dont earn a salary and beg instead of doing the job they get paid to do.

1 more thing, atleast 1 time per week. Senior management of pik n pay make store staff wash atleast 2 bakkies.
Are pik and pay staff required to wash and clean vechiles of senior management? I would doubt it highly
With that being said, the management is running the store like a ****a shop in my opinion by allowing staff to beg and harass customers and also wash vechiles.
1 male staff also made advances towards a female dentist and no action was taken.
I would recommend that an investigation be done on this branch as the management is as useless in my opinion as the staff they emplo who beg and harass females
