staff or manager doesn't give correct information

<p>I came to pick a pay on friday the 26th I purchase for R1300 I was told to go to counter to get a free coke it's the pick a pay in North rand road towers. At the bottom there was a R50 voucher no one told me to keep my till slip all I was told is to keep the Lil slip voucher of R50..... now no one can help or assist what service is this I shop by puck a pay alot.... The manger just told me he didn't even know about the till slip???,, pick a pay should inform the clients how promotions work ill rather go shop by checkers now and I want some clarity on this manager was Josh that didn't even know that u can't complain about service as there is no service</p>
