Staff not willing to assist and very RUDE...!

I asked a lady on the floor to please get me someone in assisting me to load 10cases of 2liters coke as I was alone and already had a full trolley that I was walking with. She rep**** “Go and get a trolley and do it yourself!” I asked what het name was and if she can please call the manager for me as no one will assist me. Then she rep**** “He is sitting in front you can go and call him yourself” I did went to the manager which then assisted me himself, BUT the lady just disappeared. The manager told me that he will go and view the cameras to see who the lady was. But I feel that she humiliated me infront of other customers in store, and I asked her nicely to assist if she really couldn’t she could have called someone.
