Staff not willing to assist

I went to pick n pay mahikeng today just before 15h00 to purchase food for the night as I am a contractor on the same shopping mall. The lady behind the counter was busy with her own work and blatantly ignored me and another woman that was also waiting to be served . This went on for about 3 more minutes . I end up leaving everything and went somewhere else . Pick n.pay should really employ staff that wants to help people.
