<p>My wife was shopping in the Woodmead Pick & Pay yesterday and wanted to buy the special on the advert "buy 30 or more lawn dressing bags / potting soil and get free delivary. " When she got to the till, the cashier had no idea what she was talking about. Then they took her to the Hifi section and no one there knew what she was talking about. Then lastly the guy in the garden section saved the day and knew what was going on. It took 30min just to stand in queue after queue to get someone to figure out what is going on. Really sucks...</p>

I got a call from Shaun to apologize about what happened. I know he cant fix it right now but in this day and age i dont think that is good enough. I also work for a company that is on HP and we do so much more for our clients especially when they are unhappy.
