Staff not knowing about specials in the store

<p>Hi </p> <p>i went to pick n pay cradlestone to buy some pastry (Todays) that was on special if you take 2, </p> <p>I was so shocked to see that their staff do not even know about their specials, they told me it must be at Pick n Pay Hyper because they do not have it there even after i told them that i saw the secial online, i ended up leaving it, i am very dissapointed that i as a customer will learn of specials in the shop only to be turned back at the tills as staff are no aware of their own specials, cashier 5 GC73 was assisting at 17:08 10 Feb 2017</p>
