Staff not giving the public a chance on a special

I am referring to Pick & Pay in High Street Worcester South Africa. I am shocked in the staff's unprofessionalism. There were Chicken on special and as soon as the trolley came out to be unpacked, the staff surrounded the trolley and took out almost all of it. The poor customers didn't get a chance. This is not the first time also that this happened.
