Staff needs customer service training !!!

I went there for a combo special . The cashier advised me if I am not willing to take the order without the missing item then I just just leave . I then advised the cashier I will take the combo without the missing item then came back to tell me I am unable to purchase that combo anymore as the item missing has never been stocked at their store . The rudeness and incompetence of the service is disgusting really .
