Staff need product training

I went and shopped for over R800 knowing I am using my MoreTyme. Get to the counter they made me pay cash with my last money but to spare myself embarrassment I did.

Their excuse was Pick n Pay is no longer associated with GoTyme Bank.

Got home mom advised but they still show on thee app as one of the stores.

Called GoTyme Bank next morning they advise that we can still purchase from Pick N Pay Clothing and this is utter *******.

I would like to be reimbursed for the struggles and loan I've had to make to get through the month.
