Staff Member at Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing DISRESPECTFUL!!

I was in Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing on Saturday (24/03/2018) where I do my monthly grocery shopping every month. I love this supermarket as it is neat, clean and I never have bad service.

On Saturday, I was highly upset with one of the lady packers. I was standing in the que to pay for my groceries and she came walking past me and bumped me quite hard. she then started to help packing groceries - she THREW MY STUFF IN A BAG!!! I found that to be very rude as she literally Threw it and not put it nicely. I asked her: 'Please pack it nicely or must I do it myself" She then had the ignorance to tell me "You can ask me nicely" I immediately told her how must I talk nicely to you when you don't even have the decency to say sorry or excuse me when you walk into a customer?! I was beyond angry with this lady. I also saw that there was a camera right above the till where we paid so everything should be caught on camera. she also disrespected me as she talked to other ladies in her own language about me and I asked het that if she has a problem, she can speak in English so I can also understand and tell me directly. she looked me in the eye and proceeded to talk about me!

I do not understand how someone, who works in a place where respect for clients is very important. My husband is a Sales Manager in retail so I know more or less how this should have been handled and it was definitely not okey!

I am really very upset about this lady as she disrespected my purchase and myself and think it was ok. This is shocking!
