Staff loitering around at tills yet claiming they on lunch.

I was looking for pick n pay sinoville center however it seems they not listed here so il leave this here. The service at pick n pay sinoville center is atrocious. How can there be 6 cashier tills and u only have 2 operating at peak time which is LUNCH TIME? WORST the other staff members who are said to be on lunch to loiter there by the tills with there food in hand whilst one person has to deal with a long ques of people who have trolleys of groceries as well as those who have just 1 or two items. It's a daily situation at this place, also there's never anyone at the kiosk why is there a kiosk in the first place? Please look into this issue we can't be standing in long ques for long periods of time whilst there is visible staff loitering around claiming they all on lunch,it's just not good business practice especially in retail.
