Staff hiding stock

Staff at the bottle store hiding markdown ciders and only buying amongst themselves, when we ask for the items they **** and said it'd for staff only,how is that possible? So meaning they can keep the items at the back and not display until it goes on special and they buy for themselves,this must be sorted
