Staff don't know about a promotion

<p>So I was in PicknPay Eersterus on Tuesday 16 Aug. I bought 3 Tornado ice creams, and at the till I notice a poster advertising "buy 3 Ola tornado ice creams and only pay X amount. So I enquire but the cashier doesn't se to know and reluctantly calls someone else, who calls someone else and after 15 minutes 3 ladies approach me and ask me very weirdly "where did you get this?" Really?? Like I put it there deliberately. ***. So I took a deep breath and told them at the till point. 1 replies; Well I have never seen this and don't know about it. At this point I just smiled and left the store. PicknPay, be very careful to address customers and throw accusations around, have you heard of the CPA?? You can get into a lot of trouble and cause yourselves scandals no retailer wants. Train your staff and if it were an old promotion, ensure you remove all of these, especially like the 1 I stumbled upon with No Date, when the promotion is done. PicknPay Silverware Crossing has the same issues, and even worse as cashiers treat ppl like **** there. And please can someone advise when you will receive the sound readers and albums of the promotion you are advertising, I have visited I of your stores and left my.number at each, and to date Noone has called me. Anyway, good luck PicknPay. You won't get my business anymore.</p>
