Staff does not know their system -Pick n pay clothing Brooklyn

Pick n pay clothing staff in Brooklyn is the worst ..Did a card and cash payment , deducted from card 1st turns out "the money is short " my request was to void the amount for plastic ..they voided the whole transaction was asked to pay again for the item and my money will be refunded into my card which isn't true after 48 hours the money finally appeared as a successful transaction on their side ... when we asked for manager , 2 cashiers just started explaining to "the manager " out loud while I'm just standing there they talking about me .. Upon every visit there youll find a new cashier who wasn't even there when everything occurred tell you " you're lying i heard her say It'll take 3 days " all this saddened me unfortunately i had to record such altercations as they seemed to back up each other that much and their tone ,i didn't appreciate it Nd i still haven't received my Shoes . I was ok with waiting for money to reflect but tone of voice and choice of words "obviously " nothing was obvious seeing that no money was refunded back into my account but deducted ..
