STAFF DOES NOT KNOW PENSIONERS CARDS

One star is to much!!!!!!!! My Father and mother has been using the pnp in Farrarmere in Benoni for years, they are there every single day, my father is a pensioner(Disability) which gives him R1200 pm and they are 2 people.my father went to pnp farrarmere on the 13/06/2019 and bought some things where he got diclined by the cashier and was told he does not qualify for the discount as he is not a pensioner, which is total BS!!!! My father did show her his pension card(the new cards) where she told my father that it is not a pension card and can not get the discount(with an attitude) .So basically she told my father that he is a **** and tried to take a chance, the more my father tried to explain that he is on disability pension(due to an accident he had) she kept telling him no, a few words was exchanged and my father left the store, today we found out by the manager (stephan) that my father is not welcome in the store due to the altercation that took place,trust me I would have said I lot more worse words than what he said if I were to be treated the same way. When Stephan was asked today why my father does not qualify for discount, his answer was that my father works and gets his pension so does not qualify. Can anyone please show me how 2 people can survive on R1200 pm on pension funds without having a second income, his second income is R1100 pm, they must survive on R2300 pm and does not qualify for pension discounts, but the funniest of all is if they go to pnp Oakfields he gets his discount, and the people there knows him and knows he works, (BECAUSE HE IS A FREAKING PENSIONER!!!!!!!!!!) He goes to Checkers and gets discount(BECAUSE HE IS A DAMN PENSIONER) What the hell is wrong with this branch?????? Can anyone please give me a damn answer on what is happening, how can he go to any other branch or company and have no damn issues of being a pensioner but this branch doesn't think that he is a pensioner, like really, do they just not know how a simple pensioner card looks like???? How many other pensioners gets treated and ****** like this? I have lost all respect towards PNP as a brand(not just the branch) this is really BS!!!! My father gets treated like a ***** and a **** when he does shopping, shows his card and gets told that it is not a pension card, I don't blame him for telling the cashier that she is useless, I would do the same and I think a lot of your customers would agree with me if the staff does not know what a pensioner card looks like,he has been diclined discount for so long and got GATVOL of trying to explain the same thing over and over. If this is how you want to treat elderly and disabled people then I really feel sorry for the customers.
