Staff chased me out of the clothing department
I was at pnp the Glen kids clothing section between 1 and 1:30 this afternoon (saturday) looking for tshirts for my son. We struggled to look through the clothing because nothing was packed according to size nor type. After spending a long time trying to look through the items, 2 staff members came. They did not offer to assist, instead just started repacking the clothing while I was still trying to look. She kept taking t-shirt away from my son when he wanted to show me what he wants. She even shouted at him. I then told her what size i want. She then told me to rather go downstairs to the other clothing store. She thought I didn't understand her language and told the other staff member she had to get rid of us because we were just messing so she pretended she didn't have the size I asked for. I spend at least r1000-R2000 a week at pnp and I'm disgusted by this experience. If having customers in the store is such an inconvenience to pnp staff then they should rather just close the store. On principal I will no longer shop at any pnp store again. I have never been impressed by pnp staff don't care attitude but this was too much. I will rather go to Woolworths and spend there.
