Staff cannot answer basic questions
Your stores, contact centre and online contradict each other. I called to enquire do you accept Mobicred as a method of payment because I saw that you based on Mobicred's website but I still do not have a clear answer. Your contact centre agent say no and am confused

Kindly note that we do accept Mobicred as a payment method.
You can use your Mobicred account to pay in-store at Pick n Pay Hyper, Clothing , Express and Grocery outlets. The process works through the Mobicred app:
Download and sign in to the Mobicred app.At checkout, select the "Purchase" option in the app.Enter the amount to pay at the till.The payment is processed digitally, and you repay Mobicred monthly (minimum repayment is 7.5% of your outstanding balance).
