STAFF BENEFITTING FROM DISCOUNTED ITEMS

I've recently visited PNP - Crescent in Durban . I noticed staff having CHOICE ASSORTED BISCUIT 2KG in they trolleys marked for R120 . I approached 1 of the staff and asked him where i can get he said he got it from the back meaning staff only have access to the stock in the back and not customers. I spoke to the manager and she said the biscuit is short dated so i did advise her that it will be fine and i still want it but my concern is and i noticed it at PNP - Cornubia as well that staff always have first preference to stock or goods so how do we purchase it?

This is unfair to the customer as we must pay the normal price while staff benefit from this .

I will ensure others are also aware of this if this is not rectified ASAP
