Staff bad attitude

I am so fed up with the cashiers at Pick n Pay's bad attitude. I buy Groceries at Pick n Pay Mokopane daily but its not a pleasure to do so. I would assume that the least that Pnp owes me as a loyal customer is to pack my Groceries for me, even if it is at the sigarette counter. Today was the third time that I complained at management about this. If you ask them (the cashier) they just give you attitude. Please train your staff because if it was not for me and the next person as customers, that cashier with the bad attitude would not have had a job
