staff attitude and lack of customer service

I was second on que waiting to be assisted at counter 15/16 at pick n pay mahube valley in mamelodi east at Pretoria. The other cashier was busy with a client and the other one in the name of Tsholofelo appeared to be just sitting. After waiting for a while I asked the cashier if she can assist me and she never responded and just looked to the other side. I was answer by the other customers who said the cashiers terminal was out of order. As the receipt is not printing. I asked the cashier why didn't she inform us because we standing there waiting to be assisted and we not getting the service, she should have just told us to go to the other till. She never responded, never apologized, instead she just looked to the other side with attitude. I than asked for her name as her name tag was not visible and with attitude she pulled her jersey to the side and her name tag was attached to her shirt. I was so disappointed at the service I received as I always go to that pick n pay and get top class service. That Tsholofelo lady was so rude, arrogant and full of attitude. Never delivered that good customer service that I usually receive from pick n pay.
