Staff attitude

I went for my grocery shopping at pick n pay Daveyton mall on the 19th of November 2020 @ 18:06 which I was assisted by Reinneth Makuru who was very rude to me. She was not wearing a mask to begin with and was busy chatting to her colleague about how customers are just starring at them and not moving to be served while there was no one monitoring the qeue. As I approached her she complained about the time and the fact that she's rushing for her knock off time, we began to argue as I noticed that she was going on about customers wasting their time. She even told me that it was non of my business because I interfered in her conversation with her colleague meanwhile it was about customers. I was very irritated when I left the store as the lady never even waited for me to pack up my grocery and just called on the next customers. Staff attitude is horrible and I am forwarding this as it is a tendency, there's absolutely no respect for customers and it felt like they doing me a favor.
