Staff Attitude

The incident happened on the 13th of May I can write this today because I have time and I am calm. So on the Sunday the 13th May on Mother's Day my fiance, mother and daughter decided to go shopping at Maponya Mall as we knew the mall closes late. Our first stop was at Exact clothing store mind you they close before Pick n Pay. They closed the doors while we were inside and were very accommodating until we finished I even bought a cellphone and the guy had enough time to explain everything to me without rushing us now that is outstanding customer service. My mom wanted to get a few things from Pick n Pay so we went there, we would understand if the doors were closed we would have left. We left our things at the parcel counter and went in to shop. We grabbed what we needed and extras. There was an announcement that the store is closed we should go to the tills and pay. We gathered our things and headed for the tills. Now hearing employees complaining about transport and how they in a rush was very disturbing. The highlight was when we got to the till the attitude of the cashier hai shame Johanna had issues scanning our things and throwing them to be packed. My fiance and I looked at each other. I so badly wanted to turn back everything but kept calm cause I need them. I even refused for the lady that was packing for us to cover our glass cups with paper as I just wanted to leave before I lost it. Our purchase amounted to R1187.04 which is not pocket change. To come and spend so much money to get get such disgusting attitudes. Why wasn't the door closed at 17:45pm if they close at 18:00 so that we don't enter. The audacity of Johanna shouting at a customer behind us to go to the next till despicable No she is a grown woman to behave in that manner. If you can't work with people than rather don't ask for a job were you forced to. I was really annoyed what a way to end what was a great Mother's Day. Customer Service training is highly recommended seriously.
