Staff assaults and swears at children

I sent my son to get the price of a large round cheese. He asked the lady behind the counter and was told this is not time to play.he asked again and she ignored him and walked away. He went past the side of the counter to see if he could see the price and she told him to get away from behind the counter. He again asked for the price and she told him to f..... off. He went to his mother and told her this and as he and his girlfriend was talking to my wife the same lady walked up to them and said that she has not got the to play and shoved my son. His girlfriend stated hey and was told b the staff member to shut up or she will be f...ed up upon which my wife stepped in and said enough and who gives you the right to do this to which she said to my wife mu. .... which means your mother's privates and turned and started to walk away.all of this should be on the stores camera. I asked the lady for her name but she pushed past me upon which I oak hold of her arm and removed her name tag. This was reported to the manager of the store but I am deciding if ******** charges are to be layer. Nobody has the right to act like this but what is worse it is staff on a customers child. ***
