Staff are great, Management suck

First of all for the record, the staff are am amazing, friendly, and patient . Management on the other hand is a joke. The average waiting time over the past week has been 21 minutes and 35 seconds. They have two cashiers on and a line of 20 to 25 people in it. This is if you go into the store after 17H00. When one approaches the manager and ask Him why there are so few people on the till His response is this is not true, I do not have the staff. This is said with attitude and and then He walks away while you are still talking. Huge attitude problem.Bottom line, manager does not want to waist money on extra staff or hire more people<br> I feel so sorry for the staff and the flack they get just because the manager is does niot believe in customer service
