Please check all bags before you leave as the staff does not pack it and when you query missing items, they state they cannot see on camera, yet it was on the till slip. So is this in house theft??? Cannot trust even employees of pick n pay anymore. Also wanting to give me now a voucher of R100 but i need to collect it again. Driving from monte vista to Brackenfell and back again to monte vista. so petrol must be cheap and wear & tear. As i stated to pick n pay, years ago it was a good brand/shopping place...now it has less value than a lesser brand competitor.

25 Feb 2026, 08:11complaint logged 17/02/2026 and still not resolved or pnp would think R100 would push this problem under the carpet. Clearly the bigger picture is being missed. Customer service??? With this store, i had a few problems in the past but it was dealt with swiftly. From chicken that was off, from incorrect pricing tags etc. All i asked was, either load on to my smartshopper card a voucher value or give a voucher but i will not set my feet in that store again. Ill go to any other pnp but not them.
