To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the current promotional card giveaway offered at your store. On my recent shopping trip, I spent over R500 specifically to qualify for the promotion and was given six packs of promotional cards at checkout.
However, upon opening these packs, I discovered that all six contained the same three cards. This defeats the purpose of a collectible promotion and leaves customers with no variety or incentive to participate further. It is frustrating to spend a considerable amount of money only to receive identical items that hold no additional value.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, as customers expect fairness and reasonable distribution when taking part in such promotions. It would be appreciated if you could provide replacement packs or offer a solution to ensure a more diverse selection, in line with the spirit of the promotion.
