spring spiral metal peice in donut

on the 13-03-2015 I Carmen Ntlokwana shopped at Pick n Pay Tokai,My groceries included donuts. on the 14th March i gave my two year boy a donut to consume, whilst eating hes donut i noticed he started getting agitated, i took the donut from him and saw the was a metal object which was appearing to be in the donut. On futher examination i saw it was a spring looking meyal object...my immediate reaction was to take my son to a health care profession and the i went to the store to report the incident. I spoke to the assistant Manager R.Jaardien about the incident and showed him a picture on my cellphone of the donut with the spring inside , I presented him with the slip ref no.*** and the donut. i was shocked to the way hes responds was. HE TOOK THE DONUT AND REFUNDED ME .
