Spoilt fresh cream

I bought pick and pay brand fresh cream on the 3rd Dec, expiry date was 10th December. I called today 11th December to report it, they can't help me cause it's past the expiration date, I could not phone on the 10th as we had issues with power and phone was dead, it's just 1 day past expiry date I called and that lady said she can't help me, and I always buy fresh cream and it lasts few days after expiry date, this on went of before the expiration day, what **** service from verulam pick and pay, I'll never buy there brand again. Terrible!!!!
