Spend R500.00 to get R200 discount issue
Spend R500.00 to get R200 discount. I followed all procedures hoping it will be easy go.days later after sending an enquiry to customer care .nothing happens. I consulted manager prior to purchase and staff but they have done their part pointing me accounts department and possible mobile app. If this is not true as staff reported that there have been similar complaints, then it misleading but still hope maybe it communication or technical feature I can easily claim via app.
