Specific shop bringing down a very good brands name.

I am terribly upset with the service, cleanliness and stock availability at the Pick'n Pay in Hillcrest Boulevard, along Lynnwood Road, Pretoria. I live in the area and find Hillcrest Boulevard very convenient yet i refuse to use the Pick'n Pay there. I have found it is dirty and never stocked properly. The staff are ill mannered and impatient. I am a frequent user of Pick'n Pay and find that most of its other branches are very good and very helpful, thus i feel the need to inform about this specific shop bringing down their name and what they stand for.
