SPECIALS + STOCK = HAPPY CUSTOMER

<p>A total waste of time, effort and money...! Why have specials if you can't supply stock! Month after month the same problem exists in Pick 'n Pay Secunda Mall! Isle for isle you have to listen to: 'sorry mam - no stock"! With 2 hours of lost time (during a shutdown) - which means less money because of your poor 'stock delivery issues'! Sure you have enough stock when it comes to rain cheques as you are going to write out a lot this weekend... I would've thought by now that you realised SPECIALS + STOCK = HAPPY CUSTOMER! Secunda is NOT a one-horse-town, we are on the map - here are people living here, - people who buy the food you supply, people who use some of everything you supply, but obviously you don't care! At least the branch manager does! I feel sorry for Duncan who runs around trying to keep all your 'lost and frustrated' customers happy!</p>
