Specials not so special at Pick N Pay

Last Saturday I went to the Norhcliff Square Pick and Pay and saw a special which read "Pick n Pay bacon - shoulder, back, streaky, etc' buy three get the cheapest one free'. It didn't read buy three DIFFERENT ones get the cheapest one free but this is what the special actually is - you only get the cheapest one free and so you cant buy three of the same product and get one free. I wrote to the customer care line twice and am still awaiting a reply - poor service indeed. When I instant message Pick and Pay on Facebook they merely said you have to but three different products to qualify. No where on their in-store advert did it say but three DIFFERENT products get the cheapest one free. Also the 'manager' (Lionel) dismissed my claim out of hand. I have been a loyal customer of Pick and Pay for over 25 years and this is how I get treated when querying something - no apology at all or even a reply via their website care line. A huge thumbs down for Pick and Pay, Obviously they think they have such a huge part of the market they don't need to care about their client base anymore.
