Specials gone wrong

On your current smart price is our best price specials valid from 5-11 October you indicate that the specials are available at super and hyperstores. So today when we went to Pick n Pay Bedworthpark in Vanderbijlpark all specials were indicated except AXE on the shelve ot still showed 29.99 and not 19.99 as indicated on the specials. When we asked about it we were told the AXE were not on special but when we got to the supermarket it was on special there after the special paper indicated available at both. Can we please get clarity on this and if it was only for supermarket why not indicate it?
