Specials for the Holidays NOT in shop

G'day :)

I live one hour drive away from my nearest Pick n Pay, where I usually do my monthly shopping, being Grahamstown. I live in the small Karoo.

Going through the specials and whatnot before setting off the 1-hour drive to said shop. I was very pleased and excited to see that Pick n Pay had coffee syrups again.

I am a caffeine addict and like' every now and again, a bit of flavour added to my black coffee. I know I live too far away for delivery service and stuff, so I had opted for the click and collect options. Arriving at the store there was not ONE bottle there !! I think you can imagine my disappointment. I also emailed the Grahamstown shop, with a screenshot of my order. 6 Bottles of three flavours in total. No one has rep**** to my email.

How can you solve this now for me ???? See screenshot below.
