Specials advertised not available

Once again PnP I have a complaint. You advertised Bio Classic, 99 for 5kg, which was not available. One of your not too people friendly staff tried to explain to my wife today (Thursday) that Bio Classic had cancelled the special. (That was what my wife could make out from someone who was trying to do some other task as well). If that was the case, why not a large notice on the shelf concerned advising people of the cancellation? As pensioners we have to be very careful with our budget, and as Bio Classic is the only soap powder we use, we found the price attractive. But alas - no luck. Furthermore, we collect Stikeez for our grandkids and nieces and nephews, but there were none available. Out of stock the cashier stated. There is no excuse for not having sufficient of those when you open your doors. Someone is not doing their job properly.
