Special products never available

PnP Clanwilliam is utterly useless. Every time they have products on Sale as advertised, they almost never have them in stock, no one on the floor can ever be of assistance, they refer you to the manager, which also cannot help. If i plea with them long enough they will check if there are stock in the back, which most of the time there is, indicating that someone isn't doing their job, also if you put something on sale, just please make sure that the products are on your shelves please. Also, the story about the truck coming later, tommorow or in the week is getting old.
