SPECIAL NOT ON SPECIAL!

I was not very impressed today when I went to Pick 'n Pay Matlosana Mall. I wanted to buy some toilet paper and I saw this toilet paper was on special and had plenty of stock. So I took 6 packets. The special was for Twinsaver toilet rolls 1ply 15each for R15.99 and the special ended 21/10/2018. When I got to the till they scanned it for R54.99 and when I said that I want it for the price on the shelf, they called the floor manager and he said that it was a human error and so then I asked for the store manager, and they told me that the manager was not there and that he is at a meeting and the floor manager was extremely rude to me. Who goes to a meeting at 17:30 in the afternoon. I am really upset and I am not the only person complaining about this. I took a photo of the price tag stating the price, product and the date of validation of special.
