Something must be done Ignorate Manager

I am so upset and disappointed at the management and the security at Pick n Pay Springs gate. My parent went there to buy, and the crazy man was at the store and he grab my dad's phone in his pocket and smash it on the floor, and it broke and band at the same time and the security and the Manager the only thing they could say to my father is sorry. Today my dad does not have a phone, and he is a pensioner and the only thing they said is sorry. and i fail to understand how they let the crazy man into the shop.
