Something must be done about that Pnp Supervisr and the store Manager. I took the picture of the Manager's platform and the money market till as a proof that there were no one there

Good day I had a bad experience at Pnp East London oxford street on the 26th of September I went there to book a bus,, I found out that there's no one at money market till,,I did approach their front Line Supervisor Zannae she told me she's going to lunch and there's no one to help me

I did approach one of the cashiers to call the Store Manager (Pumla) I have waited and waited there about 30 minutes by the Manager's platform she didn't pitch up

How could a store manager can't be visible for customers even when she got a call ??? I am really upset
