Someone willing to help

<p>When I did the shopping on Friday I couldn't find an item. They told me the stock is coming. Sunday I went there again and the item was still missing. A person on the floor told me to come again. I decided to speak with a manager. The department manager was busy but the admin manager - Vangile - jumped in and she tried to help me. Less than 10 minute later she brought me the item from the stores. Luckily there are people who are taking an extra step to help the customers. Well done.</p>
