Some mould for you?
Hello Peter So yesterday I purchased Melrose wedges and opening it today the wedges had been moulded. Upon informing the branch that it their merchandise is moulded. The lady had told me that she understands that I don't have a slip (I threw it away) that there's nothing she can do. Following this I told her that they should not have moulded products on the shelf. She then asked me if I checked the expiry date. Instead of apologizing she rather asked me this. I do understand I can't have it returned as I don't have a slip. But don't ask me to check the expiration date if in fact you have put moulded product on the shelf. I shouldn't have to! I am now completely put off by this.
