Some more broken promises from one of South Africas biggest shops - Pick 'n Pay

<p>I wrote a review a few months back, complaining about Pick 'n Pay Online Shopping. I received a mail to say, thank you and somebody will get back to you. Nobody has bothered.</p> <p> </p> <p>So - as Pick 'n Pay has many thousands of customers - are they just conveying to me that I and my complaint about their horrible service are just a tiny drop in their huge ocean??</p>
