Sold me food that is off

I bought Viennas at Promenade mall pick 'n pay on the 06Feb. Today I decided to make my son lunch and took out 2. They're all off! I then decided to take a taxi go to my nearest which is Nonqubela Mall. When I got there I was informed they cannot help me I need to go back to Promenade. No empathy, Kindness shown and they told me about a policy that i'm unaware of makes me wonder how many customers get there and are informed about this policy. I'm not quite annoyed.
