Soggy and smelling sausage

My mom visited the PnP Vangate mall store 2024/04/26 and purchased some sausage and rolls for the Friday evening supper. She purchased beef sausage and when she took it out of the packaging it had a soggy feeling to it. She went ahead and started supper only for this sausage to be smelling very off had our whole house smell off so bad we couldn't even give it to the dog!!! This is not the first time having a bad experience at that branch HENCE we don't use it due to poor customer service as well as soiled food!!! In these trying times it's sad that stores don't look at their stock on the shelves and remove what needs to be removed. She happened to be in the mall and figured she will buy what she needs and to her disappointment AGAIN. We had to throw it all away. We need to be and do better for our customers it's their money mind you my mom is a pensioner!!! I will say this again I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN. I was forced to leave my house and go get something else as my mom wasn't up to making anything after that as it literally left a bad taste in her mouth and nose and not to mention her disappointment.
