I'm so over it. Can you please assist me.

PnP ASAP - The Grocery and Alcohol Delivery App and its customer support is below a 1 star rating.

I had a horrid first time experience using this app and the services.

When asked to rate it I rep**** on my reason of rating it at 1 star, and it automatically generated a customer support ticket.

I have rep**** to so many auto generated emails I'm over it.

To top it all, the price difference on my order is not being returned into my bank account. (I have never had this problem before) and I keep on getting emails to send my banking details which I have done so twice already. The third request for my banking details is the cause of this review and help request.

* Please close all tickets for I'm about to block that email address. *please arrange my monies to be refunded *And they can sort out the 1 star rating how ever you seem fit.

I have very patiently answered them twice and even sent pics. Do not ask me to do this again.

I'm done with sharing my banking details to bots. Not a nice way to start a year.
